Senior SAP SD, Logistics Consultant – Stream Lead

📋 Description

• We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD/Logistics Senior Consultant / Stream Lead for a remote position with a Scandinavian SAP consulting firm. This role is for long-term collaboration on a significant S/4HANA migration project for a global manufacturing client based in Germany.

• The organization specializes in delivering top-tier SAP solutions encompassing S/4HANA transformation, SAP Core, data migration, process design, and advisory services, all while integrating Nordic engineering standards with dependable teams, ownership, and a robust emphasis on business results.

• The chosen consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in the Lead-to-Cash / SD and Logistics domain and will manage a team of consultants within this stream, facilitating end-to-end data migration efforts and closely collaborating with business, IT, template, and data migration project stakeholders.

• The project is anticipated to initiate with a ramp-up phase in July, with comprehensive project activities scheduled to commence in September. The engagement is projected to extend for over 12 months.

• This initiative is a multifaceted, multi-domain SAP S/4HANA migration, with concurrent focus areas that include Design to Operate, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Material Master / Master Data Management. The client is contemplating designating one consultant to oversee each focus area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project or workstream management.

• Extensive expertise in the SAP Lead-to-Cash functional data domain, encompassing SD, sales, delivery, returns, and logistics.

• Proven experience in functional data migration during SAP ERP transformations, preferably S/4HANA.

• Capability to lead a team of consultants or data specialists within the designated domain.

• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.

• A self-motivated individual, capable of functioning in high-pressure, fast-paced, and intricate environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.

• Excellent English communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in the German language is a significant advantage.
