This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for the planning and execution of SAP Implementation, Development, and Support activities related to SAP – Material Management, with the capability to lead the team.
• Comprehend client requirements, deliver solutions, create functional specifications, and configure the system as necessary.
• Responsible for making decisions, optimizing processes, managing resources, and supervising team management as required for effective task execution.
• Tasked with personnel allocation, monitoring team members, assigning responsibilities, ensuring the team has the essential tools and support to excel in their roles, and assessing their performance to achieve organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferably in Engineering.
• A minimum of two end-to-end Implementation Projects, along with experience in Support, Rollout, or Upgrade Projects.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Business Processes.
• Familiarity with Implementation Methodology.
• Knowledge of Consumables Procurement Process.
• Proficiency in Imports Procurement.
• Skills in Source Determination.
• Understanding of Demand Flow.
• Knowledge of Stock Transport Order (STO).
• Experience in Automatic Account Determination.
• Ability in Automatic Purchase Order Conversion.
• Familiarity with Pricing Procedures.
• Expertise in Output Determination.
• Knowledge of Batch Management.
• Experience with Sub-Contracting.
• Understanding of Third Party Sub-Contracting.
• Proficient in Account Entries for Document Posting.
• Experience with Serialization.
• Knowledge of Consignment.
• Familiarity with Pipeline processes.
• Experience in Invoice Planning.
• Understanding of Automatic Purchase Order Procedures.
• Knowledge of Evaluated Receipt Settlement.
• Familiarity with EDI related to Order, Delivery, Confirmation, Invoice, and Material Master.
• Experience in Data Migration using LSMW/BDC.
• Strong written and communication skills are essential.
