Senior SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of requirements analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM On-Premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• You assist our clients with the implementation and operation of intricate SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• You autonomously manage our clients within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors domain, focusing on consulting, customization, and configuration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or vocational training in computer science or in the field of human resources.

• Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM in one or more of the following domains: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or one or more SuccessFactors modules.

• Optional: Knowledge of ABAP.

• Persuasive demeanor, organized approach, and confident communication skills.

• A strong sense of responsibility, business acumen, and proactivity.

• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.

• Willingness to travel is essential.
