This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead and implement SAP EAM / Asset Management solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, which includes design, build, testing, deployment, and support after going live.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, converting asset management strategies and business needs into effective SAP solutions.
• Design and configure S/4HANA Asset Management functionalities, encompassing Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Management, Notifications, and Master Data.
• Facilitate workshops to collect requirements, validate scope, define future processes, and align both business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide functional design authority across asset hierarchies, maintenance workflows, planning strategies, task lists, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Digital Supply Chain teams, including PP, MM, WM, QM, IBP, and Finance, to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Assist in integration design with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., mobile maintenance, GIS, IoT, analytics, or plant systems).
• Ensure solution quality by overseeing governance, offering testing support, resolving defects, and preparing for cutover.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including solution design, estimates, demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering capability enhancement and knowledge sharing within the EAM and Digital Supply Chain practice.
• Offer post-go-live optimization, continuous improvement suggestions, and initiatives for value realization.
• Extensive SAP EAM / Asset Management functional expertise across various implementation projects.
• Practical experience in delivering SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or ECC EAM solutions from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of asset-intensive sectors such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Resources, Asset-Heavy FMCG, or the Public Sector.
• Demonstrated consulting experience with the ability to manage scope, quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent skills in workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with broader Digital Supply Chain processes like Procurement (MM), Production (PP), Finance (FI/CO), Inventory, and Planning.
• Familiarity with mobility, integration, analytics, or emerging asset technologies (e.g., BTP, mobile maintenance, predictive maintenance) is highly valued.
• Pre-sales experience, including discovery, solution design, and estimation, is a plus.
• SAP certifications in EAM / Asset Management or S/4HANA are desirable.
