Senior Product Manager, Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create mini-games and game features, overseeing everything from concept and mechanics to launch and optimization;

• Assess feature value while balancing development effort against anticipated business impact;

• Execute research and development while analyzing iGaming trends across major markets;

• Develop and validate product hypotheses, and conduct A/B testing;

• Carry out competitive analysis and apply best practices in gaming;

• Collaborate with funnels and customer journey mapping (CJM) to uncover growth opportunities for user engagement;

• Establish key product metrics and compile reports;

• Prioritize the product backlog and construct the product roadmap;

• Analyze player behavior and generate initiatives based on data insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in game design across various gaming projects;

• Solid understanding of development processes, including design, development, quality assurance, and support;

• Familiarity with product metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), Daily Active Users (DAU), retention, conversion rate (CR), and average revenue per user (ARPU);

• Strong skills in hypothesis generation and experimentation;

• Experience with analytics and a data-driven mindset;

• Practical experience with customer development and conducting in-depth interviews;

• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles;

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher;

• Experience in iGaming is an advantage;

• Familiarity with mini-games, instant games, and bonus mechanics is beneficial;

• Experience with animation tools such as Rive, Unity, Spine, or similar is a plus;

• Background in international markets is a plus;

• Experience in mobile game development as a project manager is an added advantage.
