Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead UI/UX Enhancements: Take charge of improving the UI/UX of our current SimpleTexting flows, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to implement incremental updates.

• Design Self-Serve Funnels: Create intuitive and effective UI and user flows for our new self-serve discounts feature, ensuring clear eligibility and application processes.

• Manage the complete journey design for self-serve cancellations, balancing business objectives with a customer-focused experience.

• Lead Discovery and Research: Perform light user research and testing to guide the UX for new upsell opportunities, such as user seats and add-ons. You will develop modular and scalable patterns that can evolve over time.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Act as a vital partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams, translating concepts from wireframes to final delivery.

• Take Ownership of the Design Process: Immerse yourself in the team's rituals, adopting a proactive approach to design instead of waiting for spontaneous requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, with a robust portfolio that highlights your skills in both user research and UI execution.

• Proven history of designing and launching successful features for web applications.

• Experience in crafting end-to-end user journeys, from initial discovery and research to refined visual design.

• Proficiency with contemporary design and collaboration tools, including Figma, Jira, and Confluence.

• Interest in and/or experience utilizing AI to enhance the design process—from speeding up research synthesis to optimizing workflow efficiency.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, capable of thriving in a cross-functional team setting.

• A proactive mindset driven by ownership, with a passion for addressing complex challenges with simple, elegant solutions.

• Experience working in an agile environment alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
