Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive design process for crucial product areas — from research and ideation to refined, production-ready designs.

• Work in close collaboration with Engineers and fellow Designers to develop straightforward, cohesive, and user-focused solutions.

• Utilize prototypes and user insights to rapidly test and validate ideas, iterating towards optimal outcomes.

• Advance and uphold our design system to guarantee quality, accessibility, and visual coherence across Pitch.

• Participate in design critiques, team discussions, and documentation that elevate our standards for design excellence.

• Collaborate with the wider organization to ensure design choices align with both business and user objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess **extensive experience** in designing for digital products, preferably within a SaaS or productivity software environment.

• You excel in **end-to-end product design** — ranging from initial discovery and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.

• You merge **strong visual design sensibility** with a profound understanding of **interaction and UX principles**.

• You have a deep commitment to **craft and quality**, while also knowing when to be pragmatic and deliver results.

• You have experience working on products or features powered by **generative AI**. You are enthusiastic about enabling non-technical users to utilize AI and evolving design patterns for the AI era. You feel at ease working in both Figma and code to shape ideas and develop prototypes.

• You are a **strong communicator** capable of clearly expressing design decisions and their implications to cross-functional teams.

• You flourish in **collaborative, iterative environments** and are comfortable with asynchronous, remote-first workflows.

• **Bonus points** if you have experience with presentation tools, collaboration software, or a passion for helping individuals visually tell compelling stories.
