Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire design process, from initial research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Perform user research and usability assessments to guide design choices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish product strategies and roadmaps.

• Maintain and advance design systems to guarantee consistency and scalability.

• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

• Mentor junior designers and foster a robust design culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to improve design workflows, ideation, and overall productivity.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design solutions and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Experience in designing for both mobile and web applications.

• A solid grasp of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Experience in fintech, mobility, or fuel/energy-related sectors.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
