Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients by integrating into their teams.

• Offer product design insights through consultative recommendations and execution.

• Advise clients seeking to enhance their design processes.

• Develop, refine, and advocate for design systems.

• Execute comprehensive product design, encompassing research, product strategy, and user testing.

• Engage in interviewing, collaborating, and presenting as an integral part of client teams.

• Partner closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX and design.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A portfolio that demonstrates transformative outcomes for enterprise clients.

• Extensive proficiency in Figma.

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.

• Previous consulting or agency experience is a plus.
