This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive management of Visa and Mastercard scheme notifications, releases, and compliance obligations, ensuring that changes are evaluated, prioritized, and executed within required timelines.

• Track, analyze, and interpret scheme publications, converting intricate technical and regulatory information into actionable business requirements for the Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Develop and manage Enfuce’s scheme compliance framework, incorporating governance processes, controls, and methodologies that ensure ongoing adherence to card scheme requirements as the company grows.

• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, ensuring that stakeholders comprehend their responsibilities, remain accountable for outcomes, and have visibility into key milestones, risks, and deadlines.

• Serve as the primary contact between Enfuce and the card schemes regarding compliance issues, fostering effective relationships and ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.

• Present scheme-related topics, risks, and decisions at appropriate governance forums, including the Risk and Compliance Committee, assisting senior stakeholders in making informed decisions.

• Identify opportunities arising from scheme modifications that could benefit Enfuce or its clients, proactively collaborating with Product teams to enhance awareness, engagement, and implementation.

• Maintain thorough documentation, reporting, and tracking of implementations, providing regular updates, risk evaluations, and compliance status reports to senior leadership.

• Investigate possibilities to leverage AI, automation, and enhanced tools to optimize the monitoring, triage, and management of scheme mandates and compliance tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in payments, card schemes, compliance, regulatory operations, or similar fields, preferably acquired within card issuing, acquiring, processing, fintech, or regulated financial services organizations.

• Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard regulations, release cycles, scheme mandates, and compliance responsibilities.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex cross-functional projects, managing competing priorities, and fostering accountability across various stakeholders.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the skill to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments.

• Experience in translating technical, regulatory, or scheme-driven requirements into actionable implementation plans and business initiatives.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams and ensure compliance deadlines are consistently met.

• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach with comfort in navigating evolving scale-up environments where structure, governance, and processes are continually developing.
