Senior Medical Writer, Portuguese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality assessments on scientific/medical data and references.

• Evaluate content to ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.

• Execute tasks within the Review and Approval platform (Veeva Vault).

• Verify the accuracy of anchors/links related to scientific/medical materials.

• Identify assets that may necessitate preliminary alignment with internal stakeholders.

• Highlight claims that could be challenging to validate or that do not adhere to guidelines.

• Monitor asset quality metrics for both internal and external reporting purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Writer or Medical Content Reviewer (3-5 years).

• Relevant scientific education (PharmD, MD, PhD, or Master's degree).

• Minimum of 3 years of content creation or review experience in the Pharma/Biotech sector.

• Exceptional medical writing abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to manage and prioritize several tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

• Proficient in both oral and written English and Portuguese.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team or across multiple teams.
