Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive preparation and submission of regulatory reports.

• Analyze and evaluate the strategic importance of emerging regulatory requirements.

• Drive the ongoing enhancement, automation, and transformation of processes, controls, and data integrity.

• Assume full responsibility for the regulatory reporting components of significant interdisciplinary projects.

• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory bodies.

• Offer mentorship and technical support to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in a similar position within the financial services sector.

• Familiarity with reporting processes essential for market-making operations is preferred.

• Hold a degree focused on finance, accounting, or law.

• Possess strong analytical capabilities.

• Be dependable and detail-oriented.

• Exhibit excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and German.

• Experience with large data sets, preferably with SQL knowledge.

• Prior experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform is advantageous.
