
Senior Manager, Hardware Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development of controller and display platforms.
• Build and guide a high-achieving hardware engineering team.
• Ensure the successful development of new products from initial concept to production launch.
• Manage progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Oversee hardware and firmware testing while implementing APQP methodologies.
• Update senior leadership on development status and risk management strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in hardware engineering leadership or management, alongside 5+ years of experience developing complex electronic devices.
• Proficiency in embedded systems, MCU/MPU architectures, displays, and switch-mode power supplies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle, including design reviews and EVT/DVT/PVT.
• Human-centered leadership skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, strong analytical abilities, and capacity to manage changing priorities.
• Familiarity with HVAC and automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
