Senior Frontend Developer

📋 Description

• Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices.

• Take the lead in designing, developing, and delivering scalable frontend applications utilizing Next.js and Flutter.

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android using Flutter.

• Architect and implement high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly user interfaces.

• Build robust mobile solutions employing clean architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, and Riverpod methodologies.

• Mentor and support junior developers by conducting code reviews and upholding best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA, and product managers.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and UI/UX designs.

• Ensure code quality through thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Promote the adoption of modern frontend standards, tools, and frameworks.

• Manage and prioritize tasks within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

• Maintain and enhance frontend architecture and reusable component libraries.

• Work with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

• Provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting application-related issues.

• Maintain and update technical documentation for projects you contribute to.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (React framework).

• Experience in developing mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Proficient in state management techniques such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, and GetX.

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.

• Experience in leading or mentoring a frontend team.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend service integration.

• Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with Firebase services such as Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, and Analytics.

• Basic understanding of native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Java) as needed.

• Strong comprehension of app lifecycle, navigation, and animations.

• Experience in deploying applications to the App Store and Play Store.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong desire to learn and grow.
