This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversee a team of data specialists (source and target) throughout the comprehensive data migration process within the Design to Operate domain.

• Strategize, align, and monitor deliverables to guarantee timely and high-quality execution.

• Provide ongoing updates regarding status, risks, and issues to the Data Migration Project Lead.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.

• Define and sync the data migration scope within the Design to Operate domain.

• Equip the team with a clear understanding of migration concepts, methodologies, and limitations.

• Facilitate solution design for identified gaps in close cooperation with business and IT specialists.

• Drive documentation, data validation, and defect resolution initiatives.

• Coordinate data migration inputs for cutover planning and execution.

• Ensure system configurations are ready in accordance with the template team's standards.

• Develop and sustain domain-specific migration assets to support scalable rollouts.

• Consistently enhance domain knowledge through close collaboration with the expert community.

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP project or workstream management.

• Extensive experience in the SAP Design to Operate functional data domain, including PP, PM, and QM.

• Proficient in functional data migration during SAP ERP transformations, preferably S/4HANA.

• Capable of leading a team of consultants or data experts within the designated domain.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-motivated individual, capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced, and complex environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.

• Proficient English communication skills are essential.

• German language proficiency is a significant advantage.
