Senior Compliance Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You oversee the entire compliance investigation process, from initial intake to final reporting and resolution.

• You handle sensitive and intricate cases with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.

• Collaborating closely with international stakeholders, you ensure outcomes are aligned and equitable.

• You analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and produce clear, persuasive investigation reports.

• In partnership with Legal, HR, and Internal Audit, you facilitate consistent and compliant resolutions.

• You identify trends, enhance preventive measures, and actively contribute to training, awareness, and knowledge sharing within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in investigations, compliance, legal, or audit, particularly in managing complex, cross-border cases.

• Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to grasp complex interdependencies and the broader context.

• Clear and confident communication abilities, allowing you to influence stakeholders across various levels and cultures.

• Business fluency in English and German; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a significant advantage.
