This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, prioritizing quality and ongoing improvement.
• Assess clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) criteria.
• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support effective trial implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to enable seamless trial operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.
• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.
