This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create a detailed brand book for the organization from the ground up, including color schemes, typography systems, and brand archetypes.
• Formulate tone of voice and copywriting standards across the organization.
• Implement brand governance and approval processes to ensure consistent branding across all venues.
• Revamp existing marketing materials to achieve visual coherence among all locations.
• Consolidate all design assets into a single, accessible platform for the team (platform to be confirmed).
• Oversee daily artwork requests and manage menu updates for all nine venues, ensuring pricing accuracy and multilingual spelling (Italian and Greek) are adhered to without exception.
• Develop event proposals, catering packages, and sales documents as needed.
• Ensure visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all physical and digital platforms.
• Generate over 20 social media reels monthly from quarterly photo shoot content, with the ability to clip, edit, and produce from provided footage.
• Oversee the content calendar in collaboration with the marketing coordinator.
• Manage user-generated content from all venues and integrate it into the overall content strategy.
• Work with Sasha on content strategy and overarching creative direction for organic social media channels.
• Senior art director or brand designer level — you have previously built or revamped a brand and can showcase your work through your portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is essential.
• Proficiency in Canva is required for daily collateral and venue-specific design tasks.
• Strong video editing and reel production capabilities — comfortable with clipping, editing, and formatting content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI tools for design ideation and enhancing production efficiency.
• Proficient in using AI for competitor and market research (e.g., Meta Ads Library).
• Exceptional attention to detail — unwavering standards for spelling accuracy, pricing correctness, and brand consistency.
• Confident remote communicator capable of managing multiple venues and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospitality, food and beverage, or multi-venue brand setting.
• Familiarity with content calendar tools and social media scheduling platforms.
• Experience transitioning a brand's social media presence from an agency-driven model to an in-house operation.
• Exposure to content in Italian and/or Greek languages or experience in multilingual design work.
• Experience collaborating with an on-the-ground marketing coordinator in a hybrid remote/in-person team environment.
