This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Translate and enhance Synthesia’s brand presence in physical and experiential environments on a global scale.
• Advance the visual design of our event representation — including trade shows, conferences, and proprietary customer events.
• Create designs for booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print materials, and merchandise from conception to production.
• Develop consistent event identities across both physical and digital platforms (presentations, environments, social media content, event websites).
• Design for digital experiential moments, such as webinars, virtual events, and product launches.
• Storyboard and create motion and screen-based content for events and keynote presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing and various cross-functional teams to realize concepts and elevate our presence.
• Provide art direction and support to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators.
• Ensure production quality by managing print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards.
• Over 6 years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with substantial hands-on experience in events.
• A multidisciplinary designer with a broad skill set, comfortable working across various mediums and crafts; enthusiastic about exploring new technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences.
• Strong visual skills in typography, layout, and translating brand identity from physical to digital.
• Extensive knowledge of print production and large-format design (essential).
• Proficient in Figma, with the capability to produce work that is ready for production in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience working across diverse mediums: physical, digital, and motion.
• A strong sense of ownership — capable of leading projects from start to finish in a low-process environment.
• A proactive, organized, and ownership-oriented mindset — comfortable functioning autonomously within a small senior team.
• A producer mindset: adept at balancing creative aspirations with practical considerations, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Comfortable collaborating with and guiding external partners, vendors, and agencies.
• Strong communication abilities and confidence in presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders.
• A systems thinker, capable of developing scalable solutions for global execution.
• Comfortable managing a variety of projects while maintaining a focus on experiential elements.
• Experience in B2B or technology environments.
• Travel: Required across Europe and the US, with potential opportunities in APAC in the future.
