Senior Associate, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Assist in daily quality operations to guarantee the prompt execution of QA deliverables related to product releases, documentation, samples, quality records, and certification programs.

• Aid in the collection, review, organization, and upkeep of documentation and samples needed for product certifications, customer inquiries, audits, and regulatory support.

• Manage quality databases, trackers, and shared records to ensure accurate reporting, traceability, and preparedness for inspections.

• Offer practical quality advice to business partners while balancing compliance mandates, business requirements, and risk-based decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a dietary supplement, food, consumer health, pharmaceutical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing setting; experience in dietary supplements is highly preferred.

• Proficient understanding of 21 CFR Part 111 and/or 21 CFR Part 117, with knowledge of GMP, food safety, quality systems, and documentation control expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Nutrition, Food Science, Regulatory Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field; relevant equivalent experience may be accepted.

• Experience in supporting or managing controlled documents, deviations, change controls, CAPA activities, product release support, COA/specification review, or quality records.

• Capability to work autonomously, handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on open actions with minimal oversight.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear quality documentation and effectively communicate quality decisions.

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and enterprise systems; experience with ERP or quality management systems is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
