SAP SD, SCM, AMS Specialist (Mid-level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver AMS support for the SAP SD module

• Diagnose incidents and conduct root-cause analysis

• Execute continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist users and assess service tickets

• Develop both technical and functional documentation

• Carry out fixes, modifications, and configurations within SAP SD

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the SAP SD module

• Background in providing AMS support

• Expertise in core sales processes: Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Creation and management of sales orders

• Experience with billing and invoicing

• Knowledge of deliveries and shipping

• Familiarity with pricing

• Integration experience with FI and MM modules

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process enhancement

• Proficient to advanced English (capable of interacting with global teams, leading meetings, and preparing documentation)

• Preferred: Experience with S/4HANA
