This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you embody your expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• Your main objective in the trainer role is to enhance the skills of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you view yourself as both an information provider and a facilitator of learning — Learning 4.0!

• This involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the WBS LearnSpace 3D® home office.

• You will design and implement various teaching methods for effective course delivery.

• You will prepare and conduct assessments to evaluate learning progress.

• Participation in quality assurance initiatives is part of your responsibilities.

• You have a passion for innovative approaches to individual, practice-oriented knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training or a university degree is required.

• You should possess professional and project experience as a consultant.

• Previous experience as a trainer is preferred, particularly in publicly funded continuing education and online teaching.

• A current SAP S/4HANA certification is necessary.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as a P2WTTT certificate or AEVO, is required.

• You should demonstrate methodological and didactic skills in conveying instructional content.

• An independent and structured working style, along with a high degree of personal accountability, is essential.

• Strong communication skills and a love for teamwork are important attributes.
