SAP RAR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions that meet business needs;

• Set up and implement Service Billing template solutions as part of the global ERP transformation initiative (ODC – One Digital Core);

• Ensure adherence to revenue recognition standards such as IFRS 15 / ASC 606;

• Oversee and enhance revenue accounting rules, event-based revenue postings, and contract management workflows;

• Integrate SAP RAR with SD and other SAP / non-SAP systems (including Optimized Contract Management and OIP);

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Product, DevOps) in a global setting;

• Contribute to digital transformation efforts by streamlining processes and facilitating new operational methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably possess higher education in IT, Finance, or related disciplines;

• At least 10 years of experience as an SAP solution consultant in the Finance sector;

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with SAP RAR as a Senior or Lead Consultant;

• Participation in at least 2 SAP RAR implementation projects;

• Strong expertise in revenue accounting, contract management, and event-driven revenue recognition;

• Excellent comprehension of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 compliance;

• Experience with Optimized Contract Management and Optimized Inbound Processing (OIP), including integration with SAP SD;

• Solid knowledge of RTR (Record to Report) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes;

• Experience in complex IT environments with several integrations;

• Capability to work effectively within international and multicultural teams;

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
