This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements pertaining to product lifecycle management.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP PLM solutions to enhance product development, design, manufacturing, and maintenance processes.

• Tailor SAP PLM functionalities to align with specific business requirements, including CAD integration, document management, change management, and compliance.

• Oversee system testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP PLM implementations.

• Offer training and support to end-users on SAP PLM functionalities and processes.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP PLM configurations, interfaces, and integrations.

• Keep abreast of the latest SAP PLM advancements, best practices, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT, to ensure that SAP PLM solutions align with overall business goals.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine product lifecycle management processes and maximize SAP PLM functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience working with SAP PLM, encompassing implementation, configuration, and support.

• A strong grasp of product lifecycle management principles and best practices.

• Practical experience with SAP PLM modules, including Document Management System (DMS), Material Master, Engineering Change Management (ECM), Recipe Management, and Compliance.

• Proficient in SAP integration with other modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP MM) and external systems.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

• SAP PLM certification(s) are preferred.
