SAP HCM Consultant, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collecting client requirements and enhancing processes through design and optimization.

• Assisting clients with their SAP HCM solutions, particularly in payroll and time management.

• Executing new functional and legal specifications via suitable system configuration (customizing).

• Providing advice and support to business units on optimizing processes within the SAP HCM system landscape.

• Guaranteeing cost-efficient project delivery, especially during year-end activities.

• Offering ongoing operational support to clients as part of the second level support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a related field.

• Extensive consulting and/or project experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions with an emphasis on payroll and time management.

• Quick learner, team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.

• Ability to work independently with initiative, a confident demeanor, and strong communication skills.

• Proficient in the German language.
