SAP HANA DBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee SAP HANA environments to guarantee high availability, optimal performance, and robust security;

• Conduct replication activities and assess database and host performance;

• Carry out backup and restore operations;

• Collaborate with SAP teams to collect requirements and execute database-related projects;

• Streamline the provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure to facilitate efficient and dependable deployments;

• Implement scheduled changes, patches, and upgrades;

• Monitor environments and proactively address incidents and performance issues;

• Act as the primary contact for resolving technical challenges escalated to the Engineering team;

• Work alongside cross-functional teams on initiatives for continuous improvement and automation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in administering SAP HANA databases;

• Proficient in replication, backup/restore, and performance monitoring;

• Experience managing Red Hat Linux environments;

• Background in critical, high-availability settings.
