SAP FS-PM Techno Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, execution, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions customized to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to assess, design, and improve business processes.

• Work alongside stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into effective SAP solutions.

• Offer guidance and assistance throughout various project stages, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.

• Detect and resolve technical challenges during the project lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and promote the adoption of implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations.

• In-depth understanding of the insurance and financial services sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in both functional and technical capacities, with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.

• Familiarity with the configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM.

• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
