SAP Delivery Manager – Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise all engagements related to a specific offering.

• Enhance performance and achieve results in accordance with established cost baselines.

• Concentrate on providing services based on Offering delivery normative models.

• Oversee due diligence visits and approve the cost baseline.

• Represent the delivery for the associated offering.

• Responsible for delivery transformation, ongoing improvement, and meeting SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA or a Master's Degree is required.

• Over 12 years of experience in the delivery of Managed Services within global operations.

• Experienced in Service Management, Tech Ops, and Data Ops functions.

• Proficient in reengineering initiatives and developing data intelligence capabilities.

• Background in building or transforming Managed Services operations rather than managing BAU.

• Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment.

• Certifications in TOGAF, PMP, and ITIL are preferred.

• Skilled in Design Thinking and Agile Methodology.

• Solid understanding of the big four and their go-to-market propositions.
