• Take the lead in designing and owning the technical solution. This encompasses understanding and developing the complete Agentforce solution, which includes topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, discovering innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to convert business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Manage and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial design to development, testing, and final deployment.
• Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.
• More than 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience with Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Excellent communication skills; capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in utilizing source control and branching/pull request strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
• Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
