Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing the strategy for each client's flow implementation, taking into account their brand, audience, and current setup, as well as crafting all email content for the six essential flows.

• Lead and supervise a team of three or more designers and Klaviyo builders.

• Manage project timelines comprehensively and ensure that every buildout is completed on time.

• Conduct one to two onboarding calls daily, establishing the tone for the entire engagement and serving as the primary contact throughout the flow implementation process.

• Confidently present strategy and creative direction to clients, managing their feedback and approvals efficiently to keep projects progressing.

• Identify high-potential flow clients who are strong candidates for comprehensive Klaviyo account management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong grasp of email marketing and lifecycle flows, especially in the eCommerce sector.

• Practical experience with Klaviyo and flow-based strategy across various brands.

• Exceptional copywriting skills. You know how to create concise email content that drives conversions and aligns with a brand's voice.

• Demonstrated ability to manage designers and technical builders. You can lead a team, establish priorities, and hold individuals accountable without micromanaging.

• Highly organized and driven by deadlines. You can handle multiple simultaneous buildouts without missing any details.

• Comfortable leading client-facing calls, equipped with strong preparation and clear communication skills.

• Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
