Regulatory, Safety & Compliance Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Product Safety & Compliance program across the MSD organization.

• Guarantee adherence to regulations concerning Product Safety, EMC, Environmental, Chemical, and Dangerous Goods.

• Establish and execute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness.

• Act as a subject matter expert in global regulatory frameworks.

• Assist in internal and external audits, third-party inspections, and coordinate with accredited testing laboratories.

• Enhance Regulatory Intelligence by tracking emerging regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, product safety, or compliance in a global manufacturing, medical device, or life sciences setting.

• In-depth knowledge of international regulatory requirements and standards (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, etc.).

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
