Regulatory Linguist, Polish – Lithuanian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• This role is highly specialized and requires in-depth subject matter knowledge.

• Applicants must showcase extensive understanding of EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and INCI naming conventions.

• Proficiency in claims substantiation (e.g., "hypoallergenic"), ingredient limitations, and safety documentation is essential.

• Experience with final label assessments (artwork markups) prior to printing is required.

• Prior engagement with regulated brands such as P&G or Unilever is a significant advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the target language(s).

• A graduate degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR

• A graduate degree in another discipline plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR

• 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.

• The capability to meticulously adhere to terminology and reference materials.

• Established professional experience in translating and localizing content related to Beauty and Cosmetics.
