Regulatory and Inventory Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that our inventory of phone numbers aligns with customer demand while avoiding excessive carrying costs.

• Verify that customer KYC complies with internal policies.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to guarantee adherence to global phone number regulations.

• Act as a domain expert on all matters concerning phone numbers; partner with the Sales and Support teams to assist our customers with complex inquiries and projects.

• Create and refine new processes to provide our customers with an exceptional experience at Twilio.

• Communicate effectively at an intermediate level using data, graphs, and visuals.

• Work together with Twilio’s Product and Engineering teams to diagnose technical issues related to our internal tools and external product offerings.

• You are a technology- and process-oriented individual who enjoys creating seamless operations that enhance customer satisfaction.

• You possess empathy and enjoy collaborating with customers to resolve their issues. You are skilled in using data (including intermediate SQL) for metrics-driven decision-making.

• You have a passion for learning new technologies, coupled with experience in configuring and operating various systems and software tools.

• You are meticulous, organized, and highly process-oriented, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree.

• You have over 3 years of experience working on an operations team.
