Regulatory Affairs Expert, Food, Cosmetics & Medical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Label verification: You will assess our packaging designs and labels (ingredients, claims, mandatory information) with speed and precision.

• Compliance verification: You will authenticate certificates from our manufacturers and fillers (GMP, ISO, organic certifications, etc.) for legitimacy and compliance.

• Certification assistance: You will provide active support in both ongoing and new certification processes.

• Regulatory guidance: Whether it pertains to food law (specifically chewing gum), the NemV (German Food Supplements Ordinance), the Cosmetic Regulation, or the MDR (Class I) — you will inform us about what is permissible and what is not.

• Comprehensive knowledge: You possess in-depth understanding of the relevant EU regulations.

• Diverse industry experience: You are quite familiar with at least two of the sectors (food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices) and are confident in your ability to swiftly adapt to the others.

• Critical evaluation: You may leverage AI as a tool, but you rigorously assess every output. You understand that the nuances are crucial in legal documentation.

• Proactive approach: You operate without bureaucratic constraints, are focused on solutions, and are readily available for urgent matters.
