Product Designer – New User Experience, Fintech, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Taking responsibility for the design of entry points and conversion pathways for new users

• Working in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and content designers

• Conducting experiments and prototyping rapidly

• Contributing to design systems and patterns

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing financial or payments products

• Demonstrated experience in designing onboarding, activation, and compliance workflows

• Knowledge of essential fintech concepts such as FX, transfer fees, timing, risk, and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)

• Capability to simplify complex financial terminology into understandable language

• User-centered design approach that is informed by data
