Product Designer, Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Master methodologies and best practices in user experience and interface design, with a specialized focus on native standards (iOS and Android);

• Develop product solutions that provide clear, consistent, and understandable mobile journeys for customers;

• Engage in all phases of the design process, from discovery to solution conception and interface definition with detailed handoff;

• Apply critical thinking and usability principles to transform complex flows into simple user experiences;

• Carefully document user experience and business requirements, ensuring clarity for the application's evolution;

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data and research to inform design and product decisions, proposing enhancements to the roadmap;

• Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and evolve solutions;

• Participate strategically in product discussions, aiding in the prioritization of experience debts and the systemic evolution of the app;

• Identify improvement opportunities with a holistic view, ensuring cohesive evolution of the app;

• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to ensure solutions align with experience, technical feasibility, and business goals;

• Support the advancement of design maturity and product culture within the team;

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience (minimum of 2 years) in developing products for mobile ecosystems, demonstrating technical mastery of native interface and usability guidelines.

• Established experience (minimum of 4 years) in Product Design for complex digital solutions, with involvement in the entire product lifecycle.

• Proficiency in native interface standards for iOS and Android (experience in transitioning Web flows to Mobile is a plus);

• Expertise in Figma and scalability methods (Design Systems and Style Guides);

• Ability to maintain consistency in experience and interface across complex digital products;

• Knowledge of handoff processes and technical documentation to support mobile development teams;

• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods;

• Capability to transform data and research insights into actionable product insights;

• Experience in conducting hypothesis validation tests;

• Clear and assertive communication when interacting with stakeholders, able to actively contribute to product discussions and advocate design decisions focused on metrics;

• Experience in technology companies focused on digital products (experience in the financial sector is a plus).
