This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete UX process for the mobile applications designed for EV drivers (iOS, Android), responsive web, and a sophisticated B2B web platform.
• Develop a unified visual language and interaction patterns across various platforms to ensure consistency, even with diverse audiences.
• Co-manage the mobile segment of the design system, including patterns, components, tokens, and guidelines.
• Create production-ready components within the evolving design system.
• Collaborate with product managers on user scenarios, stories, and priorities, actively influencing what is developed rather than merely receiving briefs.
• Work alongside engineers and QA during implementation, offering guidance as designs are executed.
• Prototype across a range of fidelity, from quick sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity interactive designs.
• Refine designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and insights gathered post-launch.
• Champion accessibility by urging the team to prioritize features and standards that enhance accessibility.
• Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, focusing on both mobile applications and intricate B2B web applications (enterprise platforms or operational tools).
• Extensive experience with design systems—contributing to or co-managing component libraries, tokens, and related documentation.
• Proficiency in Figma—competent in auto layout, prototyping, variables, components, wireframing, and developer handoff.
• Strong background in user-centered design, including research methods, standard UCD processes, and translating insights into seamless experiences.
• Possess systems thinking capabilities—able to view a project’s broader ecosystem and concentrate on solutions that enhance entire user flows.
• Skilled in simplifying complexity into intuitive solutions.
• Self-motivated, self-correcting, and results-oriented—comfortable working in a fast-paced asynchronous environment.
• Excellent communication skills—adept at asynchronous collaboration, storytelling, and presenting design rationale.
• Proficient in English.
