Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage as an integral member of a product squad within the Product Design team, operating under the direction of the Head of Product Design.

• Become part of the Content Creation squad, dedicated to enabling users to effortlessly generate high-quality and interactive content with the assistance of AI.

• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers to address intricate product challenges from start to finish.

• Convert product vision, user insights, and technical limitations into seamless, scalable, and coherent experiences.

• Contribute proactively to the enhancement of design quality across the product by engaging in established standards, rituals, and ongoing refinement of craft and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Product Designer focused on digital products, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.

• Capability to design intricate workflows and systems while ensuring that experiences remain intuitive and user-friendly.

• Strong product thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers within a squad structure.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping skills.

• Ability to manage a project from discovery through to delivery with increasing independence.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Eagerness to contribute to collective design standards and overall design excellence.

• Proficient in English (US/UK) at B2 level or equivalent (FR).
