This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Evaluate clinician workflows and product utilization to pinpoint friction areas and opportunities for enhancement
• Analyze product data to reveal insights that shape roadmap strategies
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers during both product discovery and development phases
• Formulate and verify product hypotheses through quantitative analysis
• Establish significant product KPIs and success measures
• Create analytical frameworks for assessing new product initiatives
• Assess the impact of new features on clinician productivity, workflow efficiency, and product uptake
• Develop dashboards, analytical datasets, and monitoring systems to facilitate improved product decision-making
• Independently explore complex product issues, even when requirements are not fully specified
• Work in tandem with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Design, and Leadership to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Assess the real-world effectiveness of AI-driven features and workflow automation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst in a commercial setting
• Proficient in SQL and Python for product analytics and data exploration
• Familiarity with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to independently examine product issues and derive data-driven insights
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and influencing product strategies
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced product settings
• Proficient in both Russian and English (B2+ level)
• Capacity to operate under a B2B contract using personal equipment, with availability during CET business hours
• Background in AI-powered products or intelligent automation
• Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or other workflow-intensive B2B products
• Proven track record in analyzing operational or internal-facing products
• Experience in evaluating product hypotheses when traditional A/B testing is not feasible
• Understanding of product discovery methodologies
• Experience integrating qualitative research with quantitative analysis
• Familiarity with clinician workflows or healthcare operations
