Product Analyst, Clinical Guidance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Assess clinician workflows and product utilization to pinpoint areas of friction and opportunities for enhancement

• Analyze product data to reveal insights that impact roadmap strategies

• Collaborate with Product Managers throughout the product discovery and development phases

• Formulate and verify product hypotheses through quantitative analysis

• Establish product KPIs and success metrics

• Create analytical methodologies for assessing new product initiatives

• Evaluate the impact of features on clinician productivity, workflow efficiency, and product uptake

• Develop dashboards, analytical datasets, and monitoring frameworks

• Conduct independent investigations into complex product challenges

• Work alongside Engineering, Clinical Operations, Design, and Leadership to make data-driven decisions

• Assess the real-world efficacy of AI-driven features and workflow automation

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Analyst

• Proficient in SQL and Python for product analytics and data exploration

• Familiarity with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and dashboard creation

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to independently resolve product issues and derive data-driven insights

• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and influencing product strategies

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-paced product environments

• Proficient in both Russian and English (B2+ level)

• Capable of working under a B2B contract with personal equipment

• Availability to overlap with CET business hours
