This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee site management functions, encompassing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure visits, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Act as the main contact for clinical sites, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to sustain site engagement and performance.
• Perform source data verification, inspect site records, and monitor for protocol deviations to guarantee the integrity of clinical data.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), aiding in their professional growth and the consistent application of best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical project managers, data managers, and biostatisticians to facilitate successful execution of clinical trials.
• Manage the delivery of clinical trial monitoring, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO sector.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing complex clinical trials.
• Comprehensive understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory standards, and clinical trial processes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Capability to effectively manage and inspire CRAs and site personnel.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in managing site performance and addressing challenges.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.
