This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure the organization's adherence to all relevant PEZA regulations and guidelines.
• Keep abreast of updates and circulars released by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and inform management of any regulatory modifications.
• Manage all PEZA registration paperwork, permits, and approvals.
• Review and verify employee expense claims in SAP Concur to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely collection and issuance of payment receipts and BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source).
• Assist in overseeing vendor payments, ensuring correct tax compliance and documentation.
• Prepare and submit mandatory PEZA reports such as Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly submissions.
• Ensure timely filing and accurate documentation of all PEZA submissions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with PEZA officers and zone administrators. Coordinate with PEZA for compliance inspections, permit applications, amendments to registrations, and incentive compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HR teams to collect necessary data for PEZA reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding PEZA procedures and documentation.
• Assist with PEZA compliance audits and internal compliance reviews.
• Maintain well-organized records for regulatory inspections.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing PEZA compliance or regulatory reporting.
• Experience liaising with Philippine government agencies is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PEZA regulations and incentives.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory and tax compliance.
• Exceptional skills in documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Availability during critical PEZA reporting deadlines.
