This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

• Assist in the daily operations of Binance DEX, which includes overseeing on-chain trading and monitoring liquidity.

• Conduct research and analyze platforms for prediction markets (such as Polymarket) and trends in on-chain trading.

• Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT and automation) to enhance operational efficiency and perform data analysis.

• Monitor trading metrics, gather user feedback, and pinpoint areas that require improvement.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to facilitate product launches.

• Possess practical experience in prediction markets and on-chain trading.

• Familiarity with AI applications aimed at enhancing productivity.

• Capable of quickly grasping new Web3 and DeFi concepts.

• Basic analytical skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and dashboards.

• A self-motivated individual who is organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Availability for 5 days a week for a duration of 3 to 6 months; longer availability is a plus.
