Mid-level Implementation Analyst, SAP Business One (SAP B1)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of Nordware solutions (Bahn, Platz, Roter, and Sigur) for clients utilizing SAP Business One.

• Analyze client operations and tailor the solutions to align with their business and operational needs.

• Develop functional specifications for the customizations needed for the project.

• Create Business Blueprint (BBP) documents to document processes in collaboration with the client.

• Deliver training sessions to clients on the functionalities of the Nordware system.

• Conduct log analysis to investigate and identify the root causes of errors while resolving data discrepancies.

• Serve as the technical liaison among the client, development team, and project manager.

• Track delivery timelines and clearly communicate progress to all stakeholders.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on their impact and deadlines.

• Record lessons learned and enhance the team knowledge base.

• Occasionally attend on-site events at the company headquarters or visit clients (flexibility for occasional travel).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in SAP Business One implementation projects.

• Understanding of sales, tax, and financial processes in SAP B1: Business Partners (BP), Item master/product records, Sales Orders, Invoices, Returns, Down Payments, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Inventory (master data and transfers), and Price Lists and Discounts.

• Proficient in root-cause analysis: ability to trace errors beyond the superficial level.

• Excellent consultative communication skills: able to translate technical jargon for clients and contextualize business needs for developers.

• Self-motivated and quick learner — capable of mastering new tools and platforms independently.

• Ability to multitask: manage several accounts while prioritizing based on impact and deadlines.

• **Differentials (Highly Valued)**

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as VTEX, Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Tray, Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, Amazon, and others.

• Knowledge of complementary ERPs like Bling, Tiny, and TOTVS.

• Experience with integration through REST API, Postman, JSON analysis, and reading API documentation.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to work (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) and automation tools (n8n).

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Meet).

• Experience managing implementation projects with multiple concurrent clients.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
