This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for Mondelēz International by visiting retail locations based on the established planning cycle.

• Oversee shelf organization and product assortment.

• Showcase promotional campaigns and identify optimal display locations within stores.

• Complete necessary administrative duties.

• Enhance the utilization of our point-of-sale materials.

• Establish yourself as the preferred supplier for customers.

• Generate product visibility within the stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising (preferred).

• Must be confident with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven with a commitment to achieving defined objectives.

• Proficient in computer use with effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

• High level of emotional intelligence is required.

• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge in commercial and marketing areas.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
