This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conducting research and developing technical medical content.

• Ensuring that all outputs comply with the written brief, maintain content accuracy and editorial style, and are properly referenced.

• Collaborating with clients and medical professionals on content creation.

• Participating in scientific and client meetings where outputs are necessary.

• An advanced degree in a biomedical field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability in versatile scientific writing and editing.

• Experience in producing scientific publications and conference presentations.

• Capability to produce materials of high quality with minimal internal oversight.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness.

• Effective time management skills.

• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent quality assurance skills and a keen eye for detail, including style consistency, grammar, scientific accuracy, proofreading, and layout.

• Ability to ensure that all writing aligns with the client’s strategic marketing goals while maintaining high scientific credibility.

• Understanding of pharmaceutical and health-related topics.

• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency; capable of taking ownership of projects.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Solid grasp of human pathophysiology and diseases; quick learner of new and diverse subject matters.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build productive relationships both internally and externally at Huntsworth Health.

• Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to work closely with clients on projects to fulfill their strategic marketing and medical requirements.

• Flexibility to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and work with limited resources.

• Proficient in IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and internet research.
