Medical Reviewer, USRN – Wound Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage client profiles by accurately entering data into the client's system.

• Collaborate closely with clinical personnel to obtain essential information needed for processing patient claims.

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of client information, make necessary updates, and assess claim documentation for compliance with established guidelines and requirements.

• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information according to established protocols.

• Support the creation and execution of process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.

• Foster effective working relationships with colleagues by utilizing appropriate interpersonal and communication skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical wound care experience is required.

• Outstanding English communication abilities, both oral and written.

• Familiarity with PCC and Brightree systems is advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a sharp attention to detail.

• Prior experience in a similar position or related field is preferred.
