This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review and assure the quality of medical records.
• Conduct final quality assessments of completed medical record requests prior to client delivery.
• Confirm the accuracy, completeness, organization, and consistency of medical records.
• Identify absent documents, inconsistencies, clinical errors, and gaps in documentation.
• Ensure that all deliverables comply with company quality standards.
• AI-Assisted Medical Review.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated medical summaries, chronologies, and case insights.
• Utilize clinical expertise to refine, correct, and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Ensure that summaries accurately represent the underlying medical documentation.
• Issue Identification & Escalation.
• Identify deficiencies, missing information, or quality issues within completed requests.
• Escalate concerns to the relevant internal teams for prompt resolution.
• Clearly and professionally communicate findings.
• Process Improvement.
• Offer feedback on AI performance, document processing workflows, and internal review tools.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to enhance AI models and operational processes.
• Share insights that contribute to improved review accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in Healthcare or Medical Records (Required).
• Prior experience in reviewing medical records OR a professional healthcare background such as: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administrator, Medical Records Specialist, Health Information Management (HIM), or a similar healthcare-related position.
• Strong understanding of:
• Medical terminology.
• Clinical documentation.
• Medical record structures.
• Healthcare workflows.
• Proficient in using modern software platforms and AI-powered tools.
• Quick learner with the ability to adjust to new technologies.
• Strong computer skills and a keen attention to digital workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Capability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation.
• Comfortable discussing issues and recommendations with internal teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for accurate interpretation of medical information.
• Clinical judgment to assess the relevance and accuracy of medical events and documentation.
• Dependability and accountability, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proactive communication by identifying issues early and collaborating with the team.
