Medical Biller – Full Cycle AR, Denials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Entering medical charges, payments, and journal entries into patient accounts

• Collaborating directly with insurance providers and healthcare professionals to manage claims

• Confirming accurate insurance filing data

• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting claims through billing software

• Following up on outstanding claims within the standard billing timeframe

• Investigating and appealing denied claims

• Capability to manage protected health information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

• Familiarity with insurance protocols, including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and state Medicaid

• Experience in Medical Billing
