Market Research Associate, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Ensure the execution of recruitment tasks assigned for projects in Austria, Switzerland, and any other markets designated by QQFS.

• Contact M3 Global Research panelists via phone and conduct cold calls to recruit respondents for designated projects.

• Proactively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment strategies for assigned projects.

• Provide timely updates in the specified format to the project management team regarding project progress.

• Notify the senior manager of any projects that are experiencing recruitment issues when progress is not on track.

• Achieve outsourced targets for the designated markets.

• Meet monthly registration targets for the region and ensure that any other QQFS assigned markets are fully addressed.

• Implement the assigned panel building initiatives in the Scandinavia region and any other markets assigned by QQFS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet browsing, social media, email, and other tools relevant to the assigned responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and investigative abilities.
